What does it take to be a Solution Consultant?

Oracle asked me to create a video series that took a different approach to recruitment videos. They were looking to attract solution consultants that had adaptable skills and experience and also thought outside the box. We thought, who better to present the role than the existing team. We brought them into the studio for a day of play and to test their ‘out of the box’ thinking. We set them tasks with no instructions to see how they would react, as well as asking them what they thought made a great Solutions Consultant.
